Lynch Surveys worked with civil engineers and architects to provide detailed As-built elevations and locations of existing parking decks. A prefabricated expansion to the top of State Street Garage was laid out and created based on our survey. We then prepared detailed as-built and topography maps to create a pedestrian bridge linking Gay Street to the State Street Parking garage.
