Jefferson Park West is one of West Knoxville’s premier residential subdivisions located on Northshore Drive. We provided all the construction layout for all new roads and utilities. One of the highlights of this project was laying out the serpentine wall as a memorable feature to the entrance of this subdivision. We did complex calculations to lay out this winding wall and layed out every point for construction. This wall is only one brick wide, yet it stands on it’s own based on the design used by Thomas Jefferson at the University of Virginia Campus. Lynch Surveys was given support documents from Jefferson’s books and we researched and recreated the exact walls he had designed.
